Philanthropy

Formal or informal, financial or hands-on, giving back is woven into the fabric of our being. It’s in our DNA.

Formal or informal, financial or hands-on giving back is woven into the fabric of who we are. It’s in our DNA.For our founder, Damien, philanthropy carries deep personal meaning. After losing his best mate and cousin Jamie to an aggressive brain cancer at just 11 years old, he made it his mission to create purpose through compassion and community. Youth and children remain especially close to Damien’s heart, inspiring 360 Facilities to actively support programs that make a tangible difference.

Through partnerships with Food at the Table, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and Indigenous Sports Programs, we honour Jamie’s legacy helping families, empowering young people, and building stronger, more connected communities across South Australia.

Breakfast Support Programs

Food insecurity in Australia continues to affect many vulnerable families, impacting nutrition, health, and behaviour particularly among children. Poor access to nutritious food can hinder learning, concentration, and emotional wellbeing, creating lasting social impacts.360 Facilities, through its partnership with Food on the Table, proudly supports local Breakfast Support Programs that ensure children start their day nourished and ready to learn. By improving access to healthy meals, we’re helping strengthen communities, promote long-term wellbeing, and foster a sense of inclusion and care. These initiatives go beyond providing food they build resilience, opportunity, and hope, reinforcing our belief that every small act of support contributes to a stronger, healthier South Australia.

Clontaff Foundation

The Clontarf Foundation exists to improve the education, discipline, life skills, self-esteem, and employment prospects of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men, equipping them to participate more meaningfully in society. In alignment with this mission, 360 Facilities proudly supports the Foundation by providing five annual sporting and gym memberships, along with Boars Martial Arts memberships. These opportunities encourage positive routines, confidence, and wellbeing, empowering young men to pursue healthy lifestyles and strong futures.Through this partnership, we’re helping foster connection, resilience, and self-belief values that reflect both the spirit of Clontarf and the community focus at the heart of 360 Facilities.

Ronald McDonald House Charites

Our commitment to the cause of RMHC is deeply rooted in compassion and community. Going beyond the provision of no-cost cleaning services, our active involvement in initiatives such as ‘Meals from the Heart’ underscores our dedication to nurturing a sense of belonging for families facing challenging times. By maintaining a hygienic and welcoming environment, we aim to create a space where families find solace and support amidst the difficulties that come with serious illness and injury.

Our partnership with RMHC is more than just being about physical cleanliness, it’s about fostering an atmosphere where love, care, and resilience prevail. The dedication reflected in our contributions echoes the shared commitment to providing comfort and a genuine home away from home for seriously ill children and their families. In collaboration with RMHC, we strive to build a haven that transcends the challenges, offering a warm sanctuary where families can find strength, connection, and support they need during their difficult journey.
